Storage and Handling Services
One of our large buildings known as B9 has recently been refurbished throughout following the expiry of a lease and the vacation of the old tenant. The building covers 30,000 sq. ft. and is 22 ft. to the eaves. It has a power floated floor which restricts dust and insulated composite cladding to the sides and roof. There are six large loading doors. The building is within the secure site protected by palisade fencing and security gates. The building has been brought up to modern standards.
Due to the difficulty in letting buildings of this size at the present time, Sywell Aerodrome Ltd. has taken the decision to operate the building in-house and to offer bulk pallet storage to commercial customers on the following basis:
- Ad hoc pallet storage for 1 pallet to 7,500 pallets for a term of one week to long term.
- Pallets accepted at short notice.
- Any size of vehicle can access the building.
- Sea containers can be de-stuffed or loaded.
- Forklift capability of up to 3 ton lift.
- All goods handled under the RHA and the Warehouse Keepers terms and conditions. Increased insurance cover can be arranged if required.
- Competitive pallet storage rates plus R and D rates will be quoted on request.
- Transport and distribution can also be offered if required.
